- First Friday art opening, potluck, music and poetry at The Gallery at 120 West Main, above the Chamber. Located on the 2nd floor, above the Chamber of Commerce at 120 West Main, The Gallery will host First Friday art openings showcasing local artists as well as poetry readings, story telling, music and potlucks. First Friday is an ongoing series held the first Friday of every month.

- Missouri Championship White Water Races, March - The White Water Races are held at Silver Mines, located 7 miles west of Fredericktown. This breathtaking stretch of the St. Francis River provides a spectacular setting for the heart pounding excitement.
- Azalea Festival, May - Springtime fun! Held on the first full weekend in May and gets bigger and better each year. There are over 100 crafters who set up their displays. In addition, there are amusement rides, an antique car show, 5-K run, music, games and contests all weekend and a large parade on Sunday afternoon. Don't miss seeing Spiva Azalea Park, six miles east of Fredericktown on Highway 72, where wild azaleas abound. May 5th - 8th.
- Lion's Rodeo, July - The Lions Club sponsored annual rodeo. This is a sanctioned rodeo with cowboys from all over the United States competing. The rodeo grounds are located four miles north of Fredericktown.
- JP's Midwest Cub-Arama, September - A tractor show that was originally created for the owners, enthusiast and fans of the Farmall and International Cub and Cub Cadet tractors. Held the last full weekend of September in Fredericktown MO at Jaycee Park. This "little show" has caught on quickly and been featured in national publications.
- Marquand's Pioneer Days, September - Held on the last Friday in September, experience traditional working crafts, tour historic log cabin and Reagan Hotel, live music and much more.
- The County Fair, October - Everything you'd expect at a county fair: crafts, games, foods, agricultural exhibits, music and more for the whole family to enjoy.
- Freakytown, October - The Court Square and Main Street community celebration of Halloween includes a costume contest, story telling, a hay bale maze, trunk or treating, witches brew, pirate ships , ghouls, goblins and more!
- Home for the Holidays, December - Held the first week of December, Fredericktown's Main Street celebration of the holiday season. Lighting of the town Christmas tree on Court Square is followed by a parade, pictures with Santa. Main Street stores stay open late and serve hot chocolate, cookies and other treats.
